We offer free shipping on all orders to all provinces and territories across Canada. Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please note that signature on delivery may be required for age verification purposes.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
